How do i contact Logoindigo for further details and inquiries?
For further details and inquiries you can contact our customer support services are available 24x7. If you have already placed an order a separate account is created for every customer. Each customer is communicated through that account area and all the details and designs are also discussed in account area.
Who has the copyrights of the final designs?
Logoindigo will provide complete ownership and copyrights to the customer for the designs when the product is delivered. Before the finalization of the project, the ownership and copyrights will be held by Logoindigo.
Why the print version of the design changes its original color?
You'd have to change your printer settings to match the design format. Not every printer has the same color palette as your design samples.
What are Pantone Colors?
It's a universal standard set by the professionals around the world. It's a jargon that makes it easy for the designers, print shops and customers to communicate. Using Pantone Colors is beneficial because it keeps the color of the design same even when you print it.
What is Site Maintenance?
Site Maintenance is a fee that customers pay monthly to their web hosting service provider. It is done to keep the content fresh and updated. Mostly sites update their content after some time as fresh content keeps your customers attracted to the website. It's an optional service that we offer; you can manage the website on your own if you want to.

How long does it take to get the initial mock up designs?
Once you have placed an order, Logoindigo starts working on your idea and it takes between 24 to 48 hours for the initial mock – up designs to get ready. In case of urgency you can go with the rush delivery option for quicker turn-around time of 24 hours. The initial mock – up designs are uploaded in customer's account area.
What if I don't like any of the initial mock – up designs?
You have the option to either request a revision or a refund. Read our refund policy and money back guarantee section for details. Customer can ask for unlimited revisions until he is 100% satisfied, but once a revision has been ordered, the refund policy doesn't stand. Furthermore, customer can also upgrade the package for additional new concepts.
What is a stock photo?
Photos that are a part of Stock Portfolio are known as stock photos. A limited number of stock photos are available in every web design package. You can provide us with you r own photographs that can be used in the designing of the website. However, those photos won't be counted as stock photos.
What is a Content Management System (CMS) based website?
Content Management System allows you to create a website where you can change, edit or manage the content of the website on your own. You're allowed to edit or replace the pictures on the website even without creating a new page, sometimes. No programming knowledge is required to get the hold of CMS based website.
